Over the course of 2024, the Sidon team has invested a great deal of time into some new projects that we think will enhance your dining experience with us. We are finally ready to share some of these endeavors with you, and we hope you are as excited about them as we are!

We wanted to enhance our guest’s dining experience, so we have installed brand new custom made tables in order to provide a sleeker and more inviting atmosphere. This project took many months; good craftsmanship takes time and careful planning. For the materials, we decided to go with white oak for the tabletops, and black semi-gloss metal bases. The tabletops were handcrafted from single block wood to ensure durability and structural integrity. These tables are also much larger than our old tables, so you will have ample room to order plenty of your favorite dishes and make yourself comfortable. Also, we are now more equipped than ever to host large groups.

We want to create a more intimate and memorable dining experience, so every dish on our menu will now be served on a plate with a carefully curated presentation. Previously, most of our appetizers were served in plastic packaging to make it easy for you to take home leftovers. We realize that, while efficient, the plastic packaging is not the most eco-friendly way to present our dishes to customers. We want to showcase our food and give it the spotlight it deserves, while being good to our planet! Reducing our plastic use is an important step in decreasing our carbon footprint. Also, customers have noted that serving appetizers in glass bowls makes it easier to scrape every last bit of goodness from the bowl, so be ready to grab some pita bread and dig in on your next visit! You may have noticed some new equipment in the area next to the bistro tables. We are excited to announce that our brand new coffee and juice corner is now open! Espresso made with locally-roasted beans, fresh juices and smoothies are all available for order. Local coffee roasters Maddie & Bella are our bean supplier, and we have curated a full menu ranging from traditional espresso beverages to specialty lattes. For our juices and smoothies, the possibilities are endless thanks to our consistent supply of fresh produce from our next door neighbor, Middle East Market.
